03 Mar UETR congratulates France’s Truck Etape Béziers voted European Truck Parking of the Year 2022
On the 3 rd of March 2022, France’s Truck Etape Béziers parking facility won the first edition of the ESPORG Excellence in Truck Parking Award, in recognition of its role in providing services to drivers and road transport companies.
Safe and secure parking areas play an essential role for all road haulers ensuring that goods continue to reach EU citizens and businesses.
As member of the Jury, UETR would like to thank all the parking areas who participated in this year’s Award process and to congratulate Truck Etape Béziers and the Runners up.
“In a year of challenges for road transport sector, this Award is an important initiative to stimulate the development and performance of European parking areas to the benefit of drivers and road haulers, and hence real economy” said UETR Secretary General Marco Digioia.
