Statement
On Tuesday 1 December, UETR has participated in the expert panel at the hearing at the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs of the European Parliament on the Commission’s proposal amending Directive 2002/15/EC on the organisation of the working time of persons performing mobile road transport activities. UETR has presented its statement calling for an exclusion of self-employed drivers from the directive.
