15 Oct UETR Secretary General at the Annual CWC LNG Summit in Amsterdam
UETR has been proud to contribute to the 4th Annual CWC LNG Fuels Summit in Amsterdam on the 23 May 2018. The Summit, the number one event on LNG Fuels, provided a unique platform to discuss LNG use with the industry’s entire value chain- Marine, Road & Industrial.UETR Secretary General Marco Digioia moderated the session “LNG as a Road Transportation Fuel – Considerations and Challenges”.
Operational, financial and legislative challenges were discussed at the panel session. Main takeaways were: a clear vision, engagement and partnership of public and private players (transport companies and associations, manufacturers, suppliers, public authorities) are key to implement LNG (and bio-LNG) in Europe through adequate and available infrastructure.
