15 Oct UETR welcomes the 320 million EUR CEF call related to safe and secure mobility
The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Call for proposals, CEF 2 has been published with a budget of 320 million euros (160 million for the general envelope and 160 million for the cohesion envelope). The objective of this call is to modernise road transport infrastructure on the TEN-T network – Transport-Actions related to safe and secure mobility.
UETR teaming up with other industry stakeholders has strongly advocated in the past for this outcome and welcomes the availability of new funding support aimed at advancing the road transport sector. with resources to implement solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and social sustainability (e. g. for safe and secure parking areas).
