06 Nov TRAN Committee resumes Mobility Package
On 19 September the Transport Committee of the European Parliament (TRAN) voted not to refer back to the European Commission the social and market aspects of the Mobility Package (posting of drivers, driving time and rest periods, access to market and profession).”We welcome the outcome of the vote by MEPs and trust a swift launch of the inter-institutional negotiations with the European Parliament and the Council of the EU” said UETR Secretary General Marco Digioia.
