25 Jan New EC Guidelines on posting of drivers published
The European Commission has published the first edition of Guidance on posting of drivers, to help road transport operators to understand how to apply the new rules (applicable from 2 February 2022), and in particular when posting situation starts and when it ends in various transport operation scenarios.
DG MOVE informed that subsequent editions will follow, to include clarification of application of the posting rules to passenger transport, road leg of combined transport, transport operations with third countries, etc.
