03 May Mobility Package: the EC adopts two important Implementing Regulations
The EU Commission has adopted the Implementing Regulations on the classification of serious infringements and on the risk rating formula.
UETR welcomes such outcome as level playing field on enforcement of the rules adopted with the Mobility Package is key to quality transport and fair competition in the EU now and in the future.
